How Disney Princess lip balms make me WEALTHY

I want to tell you about two Disney Princess lip balms and why they made me feel so rich.

Yes, really.

Because it is often the simplest things you get to enjoy that make you feel wealthy before your bank account gives you permission.

And that matters more than most people realise.

I didn’t grow up around money, I grew up around worry.

Every winter, my lips would get so sore they would crack and bleed. Even into my 30s, I had to hold my lip when I sneezed so it didn’t split.

All we had was Vaseline.
And it never really did the job.

There were girls at school with Lypsyl. The one that smelled amazing. I used to dream about having one in my pocket.

That probably sounds tiny to someone else.

But when you grow up with not enough, these things are never just things.

They become symbols.
Of ease.
Of care.
Of having.
Of not having to go without.

Fast forward to now and I have lip balm everywhere.

One in a pocket of every coat.
Every bag.
By the front door.
On my desk in my office.
And, three in my car.

And these two little Disney lip balms?

They are not just lip balms. They are evidence.

Evidence that I no longer move through life like I have to deprive myself until I have earned ease.
Evidence that I let myself have what I want.
Evidence that I have created a life where I do not go without.

And this is the point...

So many women are waiting to feel wealthy once the money lands.
Once the sales are higher.
Once the bank account gives them permission.

But that is exactly what keeps them stuck.

Because if your body is still operating from:
there’s not enough
better be careful
don’t get too comfortable
just in case it all goes

you will run your business from that place.

You’ll hesitate.
You’ll overthink.
You’ll say yes when you want to say no.
You’ll hold yourself back without even realising you’re doing it.

I let myself feel wealthy first.
In the tiny things.
In the everyday things.
In the things I used to talk myself out of.

And when wealth started to feel normal in my body, the money followed.

That is not me saying lip balm changed my bank balance.

I’m saying the identity shifted.
The way I moved shifted.
The way I received shifted.
The way I sold shifted.

Because wealth starts long before the numbers reflect it.

You do not need permission from your bank account to feel wealthy.
You can feel rich in the smallest, most ordinary things.

And I am living proof of what happens when you do.

I don’t go without.
I live a rich life now.
And the money follows.

I made you a free resource called The Wealth List to help you step into this feeling straight away. Tap the button below to get the details.

Hit reply and tell me the most ordinary thing that makes you feel rich?!

It was suggested that I lose 11lbs today by a male nurse while getting my free NHS 40+ health check. My BMI is 26.2 and he said: “Just lose around 5kg (about 11lbs) and you’ll come within the healthy weight range.” Now welcome to the part where I impart some very useful facts for you… What we now know as BMI was developed by Adolphe Quetelet in the 1830s as part of his work studying the characteristics of the “average man”. It was designed to study populations. Not individual health. It was...

Six years ago, I walked away from a successful career in education to become my own boss. But after a decade in teaching, and another ten years working in health and social care before that, I had a lot to rewire around work and money. I had also grown up with very little money, so becoming the business and money coach I am today required me to unlearn almost everything I had been taught about earning more. And that's exactly why I'm not your usual business and money coach. Because the...

What if you’re a little like Cinderella... Waiting for someone to come along and tell you, “this is it, it’s all going to work out.” Waiting for that moment where it all clicks into place.Where someone finally confirms what you’ve quietly been hoping is true about yourself all along. That you really are good enough.Capable enough.Talented enough.Ready enough. Because I think a lot of women, like us, spend years waiting to be chosen. Chosen by the algorithm.Chosen by the clients.Chosen by the...
