Beige business coaching is missing this

I’m the kind of woman who pauses Netflix to Google who the actor’s married to, where they live, what their kitchen looks like and whether their kids have weird names.

Same?

Which is probably why beige business coaching does my head in.

Because once you care about something, you want the ins and outs.

The psychology.
The patterns.
The why behind the behaviour.

Not another woman screaming “just stay consistent babe” while completely ignoring the woman trying to carry the business, and everything else.

You do not need another person telling you to “send more emails” when you’ve rewritten the same paragraph six times trying to sound clever, warm, valuable, successful and impossible to judge all at once.

That is not a strategy issue.

You want to be the woman who writes the email, hits send, shuts the laptop and gets on with her life.

Not emotionally revisit it for the next four hours wondering who has unsubscribed since you sent it.

And consistency is not your issue when you’re checking your phone halfway through cuddling your kid because your body still doesn’t fully believe success gets to feel safe.

Or calm.
Or spacious.
Or sustainable.

Or even possible, for someone like you.

You want to be the woman who can leave her phone in a drawer for a whole Saturday without feeling like her business might collapse while she’s gone.

Because right now?
Part of you still thinks 'meerkat vigilance' is what keeps you successful.

And your prices are not the real problem when part of you still feels more emotionally comfortable overdelivering than simply being deeply paid for your brilliance.

So you add extra.
More access.
More support.
More time.
More explaining.

Before they’ve even bloody paid you.

You want to be the woman who gets paid well without quietly exhausting herself afterwards trying to prove she deserved the money.

And productivity is not the issue when you spend the whole day “working” while avoiding the one decision that would actually change your business.

Because certainty still feels unfamiliar in your body.

So you stall.
Scroll.
Tidy.
Research.
Overthink.

Instead of backing yourself.

You don’t actually want more hustle.

You want success to feel easy.

Stable.
Safe.
Spacious.

Like something you can finally hold without gripping it, overworking or bracing for it to disappear again.

That’s why I built RICH 💸.

RICH 💸 is for the woman who is done building her business from crisis mode and ready to become the version of herself who can actually hold the level of success she keeps briefly touching.

Because being this good at what you do should already be making you rich.

If you’re done consuming surface-level business advice that completely ignores the woman behind the business, tap below to grab your gifted seat.

It was suggested that I lose 11lbs today by a male nurse while getting my free NHS 40+ health check. My BMI is 26.2 and he said: “Just lose around 5kg (about 11lbs) and you’ll come within the healthy weight range.” Now welcome to the part where I impart some very useful facts for you… What we now know as BMI was developed by Adolphe Quetelet in the 1830s as part of his work studying the characteristics of the “average man”. It was designed to study populations. Not individual health. It was...

Six years ago, I walked away from a successful career in education to become my own boss. But after a decade in teaching, and another ten years working in health and social care before that, I had a lot to rewire around work and money. I had also grown up with very little money, so becoming the business and money coach I am today required me to unlearn almost everything I had been taught about earning more. And that's exactly why I'm not your usual business and money coach. Because the...

What if you’re a little like Cinderella... Waiting for someone to come along and tell you, “this is it, it’s all going to work out.” Waiting for that moment where it all clicks into place.Where someone finally confirms what you’ve quietly been hoping is true about yourself all along. That you really are good enough.Capable enough.Talented enough.Ready enough. Because I think a lot of women, like us, spend years waiting to be chosen. Chosen by the algorithm.Chosen by the clients.Chosen by the...
